Shipping & Returns

PLEASE NOTE: Due to complications and extra time and paperwork required with Brexit, we are currently unable to dispatch orders to Northern Ireland. 

PLEASE NOTE: We require a telephone number with all orders placed on Total Amenity Supplies. Please ensure your number is included either within your account or in the checkout in the ‘Order Comments’ box. 

PLEASE NOTE: If selecting a next day pallet delivery, please be advised that delivery is between 8am and 6pm and you will not receive a call prior to delivery

 

Delivery Costs

All prices included on this site are exclusive of VAT and, unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, basket or checkout area, are exclusive of delivery charges.

Prices for shipping vary depending on the items you've ordered and where you are located, but start from as little as £5.95 for many products.

Once you add the products you require into the basket, it will calculate the correct total shipping cost. Costs for remote areas may be excluded – if you receive an error message, please call us on 0800 773 4060 to discuss.

 

Delivery Zones

Currently, we only sell online to customers in the UK. If you are outside the UK and would like to purchase our products, please contact us on info@totalamenity.co.uk or 0800 773 4060.

 

Delivery Lead Times

We keep stock of most items, and next day delivery is available on these products to many postcodes within the UK. Next day delivery is only available on orders placed before 12pm and includes working days only.

We can send goods to remote areas, highlands and islands, although often delivery can take up to 5 days.

Please note: weekends and bank holidays are not included when calculating standard shipping days. We will make every effort to deliver products ordered on the agreed date, but, if for any reason the company is unable to deliver then no liability will fall to the company; whether in damages or otherwise, for delay of whole or any part of the goods ordered arising from any cause whatsoever. Delivery shall be conditional upon access free from encumbrances and good roads being available to the courier's vehicles to the place of delivery. If the agent cannot gain access to the delivery address then additional costs may be incurred.

 

Signature / Proof of Delivery (POD)

If you opt for goods to be left at premises without a signature being required, please be aware that we will not accept liability for damage that may have occurred to these goods.

 

Bulky Items

We don’t stock many of the larger bulky items like goalposts, so next day delivery is not available on these products. However, these items are usually stocked by the manufacturer and they can deliver quickly.

Please note a number of our products are delivered on pallets or in large dumpy bags, in which case lorries are used and a kerbside delivery only can be guaranteed. We use tail–lift offloads and hand pump trucks, therefore we can only offload on to a smooth and level hard standing area; we cannot offload onto pebble/gravel/cobble or soft ground. We will do our best to deliver as close to the property if access allows. We are not able to carry materials up paths or to rear gardens. Access to sites must be on hard roads over which a vehicle can pass without sustaining or causing damage of any kind.

 

Delivery Requests

If you have any special requirements for the delivery of your goods, please let us know either in the checkout, or by speaking to us on info@totalamenity.co.uk or 0800 773 4060.

We will pass on your special requests and comments to our couriers. In some cases, drivers will be able to call prior to the delivery, but in every instance this is not guaranteed or included in the service offered.

 

RETURNS

We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with Total Amenity Supplies, however occasionally you may need to return an item. 

To return an item(s) firstly email sales@thepitchmarkgroup.com with your reason for return, also, write down on the 'delivery note' the reason for your return, and send it along with the goods to:

We would recommend that you return your items via registered post. Please clearly state on the invoice the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange, We are only able to exchange items for the same product.

If a full refund including the original delivery costs is required, we need to be informed fourteen (14) days after the receipt of the order. The order must be then returned to us within fourteen (14) days after we have been informed of the cancellation, however you will be responsible for the cost of returns the goods to us. If a return is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the original order back to us.

The returned goods do not need to be in their original packaging however they need to be in a sellable condition. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will either offer you store credit, or transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
